Privacy Notice
Last updated September 2, 2026
This notice explains what information 1584 Design collects through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you complete a project-fit survey, request a call, ask for a resource, or communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, project details, property information, priorities, budget range, and the contents of your message or survey responses.
Website and attribution information. Our site records how a visit reached us and which page prompted a survey visit. This may include the referring website, landing page, survey-entry page, UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term, advertising click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, or fbclid, timestamps, and a randomly generated attribution-session identifier.
Standard technical information. Our hosting and service providers may receive information normally sent with a web request, such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested URL, and request time, to deliver and protect the site.
How Website Attribution Works
The attribution tracker uses first-party browser storage on 1584design.com. It does not currently load an advertising pixel or a third-party analytics cookie.
- The first observable visit is stored in your browser for up to 90 days.
- A visit is treated as a new attribution session after 30 minutes of inactivity or when a new tagged inbound visit is detected.
- Internal links do not replace the original acquisition source. A separate CTA page and CTA identifier record where a visitor chose to enter a survey.
- Survey pages use session storage to preserve partial progress during the current browser session.
After you provide your contact information and continue, your survey responses and attribution information may be transmitted to our systems before you reach the final screen. This allows us to preserve progress, assess project fit, and respond to your inquiry.
How We Use Information
We use information collected through the site to:
- respond to inquiries and provide requested resources;
- evaluate project fit and prepare for conversations with prospective clients;
- communicate about services, projects, and next steps;
- understand which marketing sources and website pages generate inquiries;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our business processes; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, deliver resources, manage inquiries, and operate our customer relationship systems. These currently include Cloudflare for website hosting and delivery and HighLevel for contact, survey, and communication management. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, or as part of a merger, sale, financing, or other business transaction. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.
Retention
The browser-based first-touch attribution record is retained for up to 90 days unless you clear it sooner. Survey and contact records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, manage a potential or active client relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
Your Choices
You can clear browser-based attribution and partial survey data by clearing site data for 1584design.com in your browser. You may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe method provided in the message. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. To make a request or ask a privacy question, use the secure project inquiry form linked below and tell the team that follows up that your request concerns privacy. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Security and Children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. This website and our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
