Interior Design for The Isles at Coral Canyon
Purpose-built nightly rental townhomes and duplexes within a championship golf master plan. Homes at The Isles share floor plans and resort amenities with their neighbors, so design is what makes yours stand out, and standing out is what drives higher nightly rates and occupancy.

Purpose-Built for Nightly Rental
The Isles at Coral Canyon was planned, zoned, and built for nightly rentals.
Developed by Cole West (CW Group), The Isles sits within the broader Coral Canyon master plan in Washington City, Utah, a golf and recreation community with a championship course and resort amenities. Coral Canyon also has neighborhoods for full-time residents, but The Isles was set aside for nightly rentals: townhomes and duplexes designed from the ground up for guests. Nearby, Washington City’s Solente is a gated 570-acre community built for personal ownership instead.
The Isles falls under Washington City’s RRST (Recreational Resort Short-Term) zoning, so every property is legally approved for nightly rental. That gives owners more certainty than they’d have in many St. George corridor communities.

Coral Canyon’s Amenity Advantage
Guests who book a home at The Isles also get Coral Canyon’s pools, courts, and golf course.
The Coral Canyon Clubhouse anchors the community amenity package: resort-style pools, a fitness center, and pickleball courts.
The Coral Canyon Golf Course is within walking distance, which gives The Isles a guest appeal that extends beyond the family vacation market. Golf groups, couples weekends, and corporate outings are harder for most townhome rentals to attract.
For another community zoned for nightly rentals, see Stone Ridge at Pecan Valley Resort in Hurricane, which is built around outdoor recreation instead of golf.

Performance Design in a Uniform Market
Every home at The Isles comes from the same developer and a few floor plans, with similar finishes and the same community amenities. When a guest searches for a rental here, the homes they compare include others with your floor plan.
That leaves the interior to set your home apart, at each of the 3 Performance Stages:
Stage 1: Stop the Scroll. Guests scroll past dozens of listings and decide within seconds which ones to look at. Your home has to stand out in those photos, so they stop scrolling and click.
Stage 2: Convert Browsers to Bookers. Once guests click, your home has to feel like more than a place to sleep. It needs to look like the setting for a trip worth remembering, so they book for the experience instead of the price.
Stage 3: Create Memorable Experiences. The listing makes a promise, and the stay has to keep it. That means a space that feels great, works for the whole group, and spares guests the small frustrations that pull them out of their trip. When the stay delivers, guests leave five-star reviews, refer friends, and book again.

What STR Investors Should Know
A few things to know before buying at The Isles:
- RRST zoning has its own requirements. Investors should confirm current Washington City rules on licensing, transient room tax, and operating standards for RRST properties.
- The homes are townhomes and duplexes. Each home is attached to its neighbors or shares a wall, and an HOA governs exteriors and common areas.
- Management considerations matter. Whether self-managed or professionally managed, a townhome STR in a dense community requires operational discipline. Turnover, guest communication about community rules, noise policies, and parking are part of the investment and need a plan from day one. Design decisions that reduce management friction (durable materials, intuitive layouts) pay dividends over the life of the property.
- Design budget. In a competitive market, underinvesting in design can be an expensive mistake. Our Martinique and Bahama case studies show the furnishing budgets for three Isle homes and how each one performs against comparable Isle properties.
